This is one of our largest room, that is situated on the first floor over looking the river. 

This room is one of our family rooms with a double and single bed made up and ready

We can also add a Z-bed to make it suitable for a family of 4. 

This room has bags of character with exposed beams and the views of the Crouch river and RSPB reserve are idyllic. 

Perfect for a cup of tea in bed and to look over the estuary 

The  bathroom provides all the needs you will need and a bath shower combination.
